If you change your mind, you can return an unopened and unused product at your own cost within 14 days of receipt. Please email SÓLAS let us know the item is being returned and retain your proof of posting.
If you are dissatisfied with your item, in the first instance please contact SÓLAS via email with your concerns. If you believe the product to faulty ie. not burning well, please consult the Candle Care Guide to ensure the best use of your candle. Returns cannot be made for candles that are not being used correctly.
If the product is faulty then you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. If 30 days has passed then a replacement will be issued. Return of the faulty product will be required and postage will be re-imbursed. Please retain your proof of posting.
