Please read the information card included with your hand poured eco candles carefully - and refer to this guide. If you still experience problems, just get in touch

|| Burn in a well ventilated room, away from any draughty spots

|| Keep burn times between 2-4 hours, much less and the candle may tunnel, and much more may lead to an unstable wick and poor burning

|| Trim the wick to about 5mm (1/4") before lighting

|| It is best to snuff out the flame by dipping the burning wick into the melt pool, then straighten it up again (Yes, You can get a handy little tool to do this called a wick dipper!)

|| Pick out any debris (wick trimmings, burnt match) from the wax
